For added ambience, bake in a wood fired brick oven outside a rustic villa

Makes two 10" pies or one 20" pie
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups flour
1 cup warm water
3 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 tsp dry yeast
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Cooking:
Add yeast, sugar and salt to warm water in large mixing bowl. Let sit 5 minutes or longer until yeast starts to bubble.
Add flour, olive oil and garlic to bowl. Mix well until dough is consistent - slightly moist but not sticking to the bowl. Add more flour or water if necessary.
Cover bowl with towel or plastic wrap and place in a warm place. Let rise for 1 hr.
Once dough has risen, separate into two balls (if making small pizzas; use all of the dough for large). On a well-floured flat surface, use a rolling pin or wine bottle to work the dough into desired shape and size.
