Roasted Broccolini

Ingredients:


3/4 lb Broccolini, rinsed

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp balsamic vinegar

Pinch salt

Pinch pepper


Cooking:


Place baking pan or cast iron in oven and preheat to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.


Cut bottom 1/2” of stem from broccolini and discard.


Mix broccolini with other ingredients. Let marinate 15 minutes.


Bake 12 minutes, uncovered.
