Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Quick and simple; Even kids love them

Ingredients:


1 lb brussels sprouts

5 cloves garlic, finely minced

4 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar


Cooking:


Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.


Rinse brussels spouts and cut in in half. Heat oil in pan over medium burner. Add brussels sprouts and garlic and saute for 5 min or until Brussels sprouts begin to brown, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Transfer pan to oven and bake for 15-20 min. Toss with balsamic vinegar before serving.
